Limen Campus Manager ("the App") is a management tool that licensed driving schools and training providers ("Schools") use to keep their own records. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and how it is protected. Limen Digital Studio ("we," "us") provides the App.

Who controls the data

Each School is the owner of the records it enters about its own students, instructors, and operations. We provide the software and the secure cloud storage that hold those records on the School's behalf. A School should direct its own students to the School for questions about their personal records.

Information the App handles

• Account information — the name and email address of the people who sign in (School administrators, instructors, and the owner).
• Records a School enters — information about that School's students and operations, which may include student names, contact details, mailing and email addresses, phone numbers, program/enrolment details, grades and progress, class schedules and timesheets, tuition amounts and payment history, and handwritten signatures captured for class sign-offs.
• Technical information — standard data needed to run the service securely (for example, authentication tokens and basic device/diagnostic information provided by our infrastructure provider, Google Firebase).

The App does not contain advertising, does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and does not sell personal information.

How the information is used

• To provide the App's features — storing and displaying each School's student records, schedules, timesheets, payments, transcripts, and enrolment documents.
• To authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
• To send essential account emails (for example, sign-up verification and password-reset messages).

Storage and security

Data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) in a Canadian data region. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted by authentication and server-side security rules so that each School can reach only its own records. The owner/operator account may access Schools' records solely to operate and support the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is processed only by Google Firebase as our hosting/infrastructure provider, and is disclosed only if required by law.

Data retention and your choices

Records are kept for as long as a School's account is active. A School (or an individual whose information a School holds) may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by contacting us at the address below; we will act on verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to the School's instructions and any legal record-keeping obligations.

Children

The App is a business tool intended for adults (School staff and adult trainees). It is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
